2. Order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours of placing order. After 24 hours there will be 20% restocking fee.
3. Returns are acceptable but there will be 20% restocking fee for all orders. Custom orders are subject to 50% restocking fee.
4. All orders placed within USA below $300 are shipped from NY, USA only. Orders above $300 and orders from other countries will be shipped from other country warehouse for faster delivery either Hong Kong or India.
5. Returns are to be shipped at customer's expense only via USPS to our India Warehouse, mark items as Gift and Craft supplies, Value no more than USD $20. Please contact us for return approval and all refunds / replacements will be made after return is delivered and inspected only.
