We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizings, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 3-day delivery.

How do I return the product to BlueStone within 30days?

1. 1)  Select the item in your order that you want to return from here
2. 2)  Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
3.    a)  Please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup and take the picture of person picking your package.
4.    b) If the product value is Rs. 35,000 or above and if the return pickup has been arranged via one of our 3rd party logistics partners; first you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure your jewellery in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. We will arrange for the pickup once you have received the tamper-proof packet. On the date when the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the packet with the product to the person.
5. 3)  Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
6. 4)  Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your BlueStone account in 2-3 working days after a quality check.

Free Returns

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Jalvi & Co, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Jalvi & Co. account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Coins and Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Jalvi & Co. shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Note:

1. 1 ) Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
2. 2 ) For Jalvi & Co. products not bought from Jalvi & Co. Stores/Website(www.jalviandco.com) an additional deduction of 5% would be charged over and above the above mentioned exchange/buyback policy. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback
3. 3 ) Jalvi & Co. products bought from non Jalvi & Co. Offline Stores will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.

Jalvi & Co. provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. Shipping time is 24-48hrs for "Available in Stock" items and 10 business days for "Make to Order" items.

Transit Insurance
All goods will be fully insured by BlueStone until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
